Use Zeon as an alternative Online method for Taurine. So we have removed the Taurine Online IPA until it is fixed. As a result, online IPA will be revoked most of the time. However, Apple is always blocking the online Plist IPA. This the easiest method and with this method you can directly install the Taurine app on your device, No PC needed.
